Pharmaceutics deals with the desing and development of pharmaceutical dosage forms.As the drug development has become more complex ,time consuming and expensive there is an increased focus on development of the existing and clinically established drugs with better efficacy,safety and improved patient compilance by designing it's novel drug delivery system. Department of Pharmaceutics is equipped with all necessary equipment and facilities for the undergraduate pharmacy curriculum. This department is supported with highly skilled and enthusiastic faculty members. Department of Pharmaceutics is engaged in various research projects and consultancy services to the pharmaceutical and allied industry on formulation development of synthetic and herbal drugs.
